1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using Zodiria (the "Service"), available at zodiria.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Our Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and describes how we handle your personal data.

These Terms are currently governed by the free access phase described below. We reserve the right to introduce paid features, subscriptions, or purchasable credits in the future. If and when that happens, these Terms will be updated accordingly and you will be notified before any change affecting paid features takes effect.

2. Description of the Service

Zodiria provides personalized astrological interpretations and related content, generated on the basis of information you provide (such as birth date, time, and place).

Reports are produced automatically by an artificial intelligence system. They are not reviewed by a human before delivery and may contain inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or content that does not correspond to your expectations.

Important disclaimer: The content provided through the Service is intended for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only. It does not constitute, and should not be relied upon as, medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any other form of professional advice. You should not make significant personal, health, financial, or legal decisions based solely on content generated by the Service. 3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Account registration

You may create an account exclusively through Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Zodiria account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Your content

You are responsible for the information you submit to the Service. If you submit birth data relating to another person, you confirm that you are entitled to do so and that you have informed that person, where required, of how their data will be used.

You must not submit personal data belonging to anyone under 18, or any data revealing health conditions, religious beliefs, political opinions, or other special categories of data under Article 9 GDPR. The Service is not designed to process such data.

6. Free credits program

During the current free access phase:

• Registered users receive 6 free credits per week. Each report costs a number of credits shown on its page, so the number of reports you can redeem depends on which ones you choose.
• No payment method is required. The Service does not currently accept payments of any kind.
• Free credits do not expire, but your balance is capped at 18 credits. The weekly grant tops your balance up towards that cap: any part of it that would exceed the cap is not credited and is not carried over to a later week.
• Free credits have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
• We may modify the number of free credits granted, how often they are granted, the reports redeemable with them, or any other aspect of the free credits program at any time, at our sole discretion.

7. Suspension or discontinuation of the free program

We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or permanently discontinue the free credits program, or the Service as a whole, at any time and without liability to you.

If the free credits program is discontinued, any unused free credits will be forfeited without compensation. Since these credits were granted free of charge, no refund, compensation, or replacement will be owed to users as a result of such discontinuation.

This provision does not affect any future terms applicable to credits or subscriptions purchased for consideration, which will be governed by separate, updated Terms at the time such paid offerings are introduced.

8. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our prior written consent
• Create multiple accounts to obtain additional free credits beyond what is intended for a single user
• Attempt to manipulate the underlying AI system, including by submitting inputs designed to bypass its intended use or produce content unrelated to the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, templates, text, graphics, and underlying software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Reports generated for you are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Given the nature of automatically generated content, we make no claim that any report is unique, and comparable content may be generated for other users.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
• We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on the content it generates.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Italian law, including mandatory consumer protection rules.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or if we discontinue the Service in accordance with Section 7.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, in particular when introducing paid features. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you may delete your account.

13. Assignment

You may not transfer or assign your account or your rights under these Terms. We may assign these Terms to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of the Service, provided that your rights under these Terms and under applicable data protection law are not diminished.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of that country. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of that right.

16. Language

The English version of these Terms is the authoritative text. Translations into other languages, if provided, are offered for convenience only; in case of discrepancy, the English version prevails.
